GCM3T was founded by Pastor Mark Waite in 2011 while he and his family were serving as missionaries to an unreached people group in Cameroon. The Waites had to return to the States in 2013 where they continued to direct the work in Cameroon until being allowed to return in September 2015. They continue to oversee the progress of already established GCM3T schools and are beginning a new work in Cameroon's East Region to train, support, and send national believers as pioneer missions to unreached peoples in Cameroon, Nigeria, and Chad. The Waites are also involved in church planting among unreached people groups in Cameroon.

GCM3T exists to glorify God by training and equipping national believers for the challenges of church planting among unreached people groups within their own countries.
Our Rational:
Nationals whom God calls to work as evangelists, missionaries, pastors, and/or church planters among their own people have the advantage of knowing and understanding their own culture and language. However, having said that, they may or may not know and understand the Word of God well enough to truly minister the Gospel to their own people group. This is where GCM3T can help. You see, we cannot possibly provide believers with cultural and linguistic training for every possible unreached people group in the world. We can, however, provide a theologically sound, biblically saturated, cross-culturally savvy, gospel-centered, field-proven Bible education to those believers desiring to go into their own cultures to minister the Gospel and plant biblical churches.
Thus, the rational behind GCM3T is that in providing believers, regardless of where they are from and where they are going, with an excellent well-rounded and practical Bible education they will be able to accentuate as well as enculturate this training with their own cultural awareness so as to minister the Gospel and start solid churches within their own culture.
Whereas, our focus will not be on individual cultures per se, we will provide training that takes into account universal cross-cultural principles so as to enhance the effectiveness of our students’ ministries.
It is always our desire and intent to work with Bible believing indigenous churches existing in those areas where our training can assist in their church planting efforts.

Where Are We Working?
Presently, we have three training schools spread strategically throughout Cameroon led by national believers training several classes each year. We also have deployable training teams that travel to Cameroon to provide training once or twice a year for one to three intensive weeks. In addition, we have Gospel workers in East Asia.

What Does The Training Cost?
As a Faith-based ministry which trusts God to provide for all of our needs and especially for what is necessary to accomplish the work He has assigned us, we are committed to providing our training free of charge to whomever desires to serve God as a pioneer church planter among unreached peoples and whom is otherwise qualified to do such work.
What Kind of Students Are We Looking for?
We are interested in students who know, love, worship, serve, and are consumed with passionately pursuing Christ and His will for their lives even if His will means suffering or death for the sake of the Gospel. We are looking for men and women ready to do hard things for Christ and the sake of the Gospel. We are not looking for people who are consumed with their own self-preservation and comfort. We are looking for believers who already have a track record of living by faith, disciplining themselves for the purpose of godliness, practicing servant-leadership, and sacrificially serving Christ by serving others.
Furthermore, we are looking for indigenous national Bible believing and teaching churches to partner with in providing training for their people so as to help them better fulfill the Great Commission in their area of the world.
